While we at InMotion Dance Academy want your child’s experience with dance to be fun and enjoyable, we also want to help your child grow and mature in life skills that will serve them in all walks of life.
In order to receive the greatest return for the time, effort and investment you and your child make in dance lessons with us, there are some basic policies, guidelines, rules, codes of conduct and procedures that we have instituted to achieve the optimum teaching and learning time for all of our students and instructors alike.
Please take a few minutes to familiarize yourself and your child with our Policies. If you have any questions or concerns, we would be happy to discuss them with you.

1. GENERAL RULES
There will be no gum chewing, dangling jewelry, food or candy allowed in the studio. Students may not have cell phones on during class.
Small children are not to be left in the lobby unattended.
No parents are allowed in the classroom during class.

2. LIABILITY AGREEMENT
InMotion Dance Academy does not carry medical insurance for its students. It is required that all dance students be covered by their own family insurance policy and if injury occurs, it is understood that the student's own policy is your only source of reimbursement.

3. PAYMENT OF TUITION
By agreeing to this policy you hereby assume financial responsibility for the enrolled classes at InMotion Dance Academy. You further understand that you will be held responsible for all expenses. Tuition is broken into two sessions. The Fall session and the Winter session. Payment will be due at the start of each session.
There will be no refunds on paid tuition for any reason, including, but not limited to, the following: Child does not like class, conflict with class schedule, change of heart, illnesses, vacations, etc.
